Here is an excellent example of a well-designed pedestrian-oriented building. Note the full retail display windows, street trees, awnings, clearly defined entrance, classically divided mass with a demarcation above the first floor, and siting of the building against the sidewalk. I am also a fan of the contemporary reinterpretation of the classic streamline design style. This mixed-use building faces Millennium Park.
